I think paypal only garantees refund if transaction is done through a venue like Ebay or other site NOT for personal money transfers.You can sell a 2000$ lp in craigslist or music store for 1000 bucks in 5minutes

No that's wrong, PayPal gurantees refunds outside of ebay also, i know from personal experience.

Yeah well in Huntington, WV we don't have any music stores, and what we do have that masquerades as a music store won't give anything for anything. YOu can take them a $4,000 guitar and you won't get more than $400.

As far as craigslist, that's designed for local selling, and no one in Huntington can afford to buy a $2,000 les paul, it's just not realistic for a small rown like this where most people are dirt poor here. And if you list a ad on craigslist in a bigger city then people get suspicious because they wonder why you aren't listing it in your own city page for craigslist.
