Well if it was "given" to you, then you should do the right thing and return it to the family.
You won't be out any money, and hell, I'll even pay for the shipping myself.
It should be given to the Rhoads family, that's my stance.
IF you are truely a fan, you would do the right thing.
It belongs with Randys things. It belongs to the people who will preserve it and share it. It's a part of history and should'nt be used to gain profit for you or the next guy.
Dig what I'm saying?
Amazing things happen when you do the right thing, the universe will take care of you.
Think of his family. How would you feel if the tables were turned? Seriously consider all of this.

Some more info about The Zeus:
Actually Randy Rhoads and Rudy Szarzo had access to and used several different Zeus devices. Randy had an intermittent on/off foot switch, a phase shifter, a mini amp, a gain cell, and a direct box. He also was given a cool set up with the most of these items plus a built in drum machine. It fit into a small Casio keyboard case. This case allowed him to practice virtually anywhere with or without AC power.

Rudy Szarzo had a Zeus direct box and a device called a "Bass Boost".
