I'd pick up an Edwards or a Burny LP before I woould even think of getting an Epi (hell, even a real Gibson) LP. They're built with better woods and attention to detail is even surpassing Gibson's assembly line LP's (not the custom shop ones though). You can even get them in aged white like Randy's

Are yellow Burny Les Pauls still being produced? I though they quitted making those..

I got a Gibson Studio, it pwns ass I must say 8) Anyway, I never played an Edwards or a Burny so I can't tell.

yeah I bought mine from musiciansfriend in Antique Ivory and it plays great and the tone is incredible.
