I had one a year ago and I was working on a lesson program called []Fingerstyle Funk[/i] by a chap from England named Paul Wolfe (amazing coincidence, tripped him out when I first contacted him).

I love metal guitar, but prefer funk and disco bass playing... combining the two is a kick in the ass.

Fingerstyle is where it's at when it comes to bassplaying 8)
If you wanna get really adventurous, get a fretless one
