I'll let the picture speak for itself.

A classic, a beater…

yes :) black gold you know 8) ;)
nah, if anything, it probably moved the price down a notch :)
cost me less than what I got for the V so that's a positive equation :D

has GFSs in it now, but I'll probably drop in the ol' trustworthy EMGs :)

I didn't advertise it internationally 'cause shipping would be a bit too much :(

I love the sound of SG's but have always hated all the controls on the front (obviously an SG junior might work for me) but I like this lay out (apart form having the jack off the front)

I don't think I've ever played an SG, but looking at that one I am intrigued by the access to all the upper frets... now I'm gonna have to go test drive one!

Nice SG... I like them. I prefer the slimmer necks though, and many of the SG standards from the Mid 90's up until 2012 had big beefy necks. I have a 2013 and an '05 1961 RI and they both have comfy necks for me.

Someone who didn't need two tone knobs and two volume knobs. Master volume, master tone...less to mess around with

I have played about 6 and they have all sounded awesome (kinda LPish) ... the bound necks are quite fat (which I didn't like) but the unbound ones are awesome

I don't have a problem with huge necks because I have fitting hands 8)

SG's play and sound awesome.
I don't think binding makes a bit of difference in the neck carve.
I've owned a few and they all had very thin necks ... and binding.

I have played a few that were neck heavy though.
