A pal of mine in the UK just bought one of these for 299 quid. I'm surprised there aren't any copyright isses - use of RR name etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember I heard they had to stop making a Gibson Les Paul custom (like Randy's) many years ago (15/20 years already) because it was too close.

by the looks of it, Burny is japanese, while the site you were linking to is based in the UK?
I'm not too sure that either violates any US copyrights.
