I have tried to sell it to Suzanne saying it is only a Squire and I have just been paid etc and the price is very reasonable. She just gave a resounding no! LOL...I have the Cpt Matt special being made for me and to be paid for next year so all other purchases are banned!

John 5 Guitar...I PLAYED ONE!
My adult pupil turned up today with a Squier John 5 guitar. It weighed a bloody tonne. It was heavier than my Horse Les Paul which is 11 and a half pounds.
The build quality I thought put a lot of Gibsons to shame. The frets were perefctly even, the action smooth and the neck fast and responsive.
The pick ups were as hot as hell. In short if you have £300 spare this is a superb axe!

It's heavier than 11 lbs? *faints*
That's ridiculous. That guitar sounds awesome...unfortunately, it's too much of a heavy weight for me.
