Hi Ralph

Thomas has very kindly agreed to let Simon have it.

That guitar is turning into a real slut who is just flirting with everyone..now it wants Simon's attention.

I know Aria winked at you too but Siroangel used his Valmont charm and lured Aria in

Hi Thomas

On the Gibson website it says the finger board of the white Les Paul you have is ebony like the current Les Paul Custom. The Les Paul Custom of a few years back (2 or 3) had a mahogany fingerboard as did asll the studios.

Now the instrument is actually custom shop made so justifies a greater price as the guitar is said to receive more 'hands on' treatment. However this is only a recent thing and the specs of the Studio and custom on many an internet forum, have caused debate, as there is too much similarity considering the whopping price difference!

The specs are actually identical on both instruments minus the binding
