Re: Cool Randy Jackson

I've always thought the Roswell Rhoads was pretty cool, also never seen that 10 string before..looks like the body is a little smaller/shorter than other Rhoads models

Re: New Rhoads Photos Available!

No disrespect to anyone but really - 400 dollars? That's just outrageous... the Jay Banbury shots of Randy are bigger, IMHO better, and are only $30...

This is sort of an old topic, but since it's been brought out of the woodwork - Does anyone have a working link for this?

Re: Whats your favorite Randy solo?

I'd have to agree on not finding a better version of that solo...just phenomenal..but for me i'd have to say the studio version of Mr.Crowley's solos just give me chills every time I hear them..Also the New Years Evil (bootleg) version of the first solo, same with the Chicago version 8)

Re: 30 Years later

Highly doubt he'll ever admit that...But anyways, give the guy a break, his brain is fried like hell i'm sure and after all - without Ozzy we wouldn't have Blizzard, Diary, and Tribute to enjoy time after time... :)

Re: RJD soundboard bootlegs?

Maybe I didn't word it in the correct way earlier, but I'm looking for a soundboard/radio broadcast of a H&H tour with Die Young on the setlist from 1980 or early 1981 as it seems most bootlegs after The Mob Rules was released they dropped Die Young from the setlist. I've been on a few different...

RJD soundboard bootlegs?

I've been looking for a while for a good soundboard or good audience recording from the H&H era that has DIE YOUNG on the setlist...I've already got the Live Evil album, but Die Young isn't on it. :? I believe they only played this song around 1980 -1981? (Excluding the early 90's shows) Anyone ...

Interesting story, sorry you couldn't see Randy! I'm seeing Ozzy Jan. 28th here in Vegas..Though i'm not a huge fan of Gus G it should still be a great show 8)

Re: Randy's effect sequence

Just found this, I believe it's from the GW Aug 2008 issue w/Bernie Torme. Looks like the volume pedal is last http://www.woodytone.com/wp-content/upl ... lboard.jpg

Re: Randy's effect sequence

Couldn't find a picture of his actual pedal board, and i've seen that image posted here or over at RR.TK when someone has asked this same question (or something like it) But you're probably right, seeing as how sometimes Guitar World mags are less than accurate, and you do make a good point with the...
