I know that Rock and Roll Train is just like every other ACDC song, but man, that song is just cool.

If it were up to me, instead of IronMan/Children of the Grave and Paranoid... even though he didn't want to play them... I would want to have heard Randy play SWEET LEAF, N.I.B. and HOLE IN THE SKY instead.

I would guess that they did start recording in 1979 but that was probably just demos and stuff. Then I would guess that they started the actuall BOO recordings on those dates listed all the way at the top. (?)

I bought that picture at a mall in Queensbury, New York. I've never seen it before or since. And yes, it does kind of show the mood of that time.

I thought that game was great, all played in the last five minutes - or so it seemed. I liked the low scoring aspect of the game rather than a mass amount of points going up. My dad's been a Giants fan his entire life, so he was pretty happy. I still wish the Pats had won. What does it matter what t...

Hey... I may be a little late here, but when Barbara invited me to go out to the Lebanise place with the belly dancers last week - I thought she said Lesbian Bellydancers! It was totally different than what I was expecting. The food, however, was fantastic. Can't wait to go again.

Article - Jackson Guitars Tribute: Delores Rhoads interview

Delores Rhoads Source: Compact Disc - Jackson Guitars Tribute to Randy Rhoads March 1997 I’ll start with Randy’s early childhood. When he first started to play the guitar he was just about six and a half. He found an old acoustic guitar in the house that belonged to my father and he p...

Someone should make a sculpture out of kryptonite.
I would want to see Randy with the polka dot V just because it was so unique.

The one he'd been photographed with belonged to his girlfriend's brother, Kevin said. Although I would imagine that in LA in the late 70's, as popular as Randy was... you probably couldn't find anyone that wouldn't let Randy use their guitar for a backup.

In the Quiet Riot dvd's you can see a second off-white, antique white, cream colored (or what ever color your prefer) Les Paul in a stand on Randy's side. Donnie pointed that out to me long ago.

And there I thought it had to do with people down here getting sunburned or something? I also thought there was some weird connection to Red Necks and the fact that Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s car was red? I do remember this one girl where I used to work... she'd sit near the computer where we would clock ...

I liked Matthew's previous post, I'd like to throw in SRV's name to that question too. Reason being: I remember playing Bernie's song RIVER from the Wild Irish cd for a few friends who had, really, no idea who Bernie was. One of them guessed Stevie Ray Vaughn. I figure that if someone is going to mi...

The fact that you don't see them ever is what made me think to snatch it up. That, and just buying anything of Randy's I ever saw. I was going through all my stuff and I can't remember where I got half of the stuff. I know I've had that tape for years, I just can't remember if it was 5 years or 10 y...
