I live in north San Diego county a few miles from the beach. The fires came about 8 miles from my house. we were'nt evacuated but my brother and his wife were. the fire was all around their place...but didn't affect them other than the evacuation. You should be able to listen to, read, watch, smoke, eat, hang out with, have sex with, etc., anything and anybody your little heart desires. And your parents should have nothing to say about it........ As long as you're an adult and live on your own. Just my opinion. Hey Dean, she's only 11 ...

Yes...A big difference. The main difference, besides the tone circuit, is that the MXR Dist + only uses 1 opamp (or 1/2 of a dual opamp). Whereas the OD-1 uses both halves of a dual opamp. The result of which results in a smoother distortion with better sustain. It's a personal preference thing real...

Elixers...Ughh! Dont like 'em. They sound kinda dull right out of the package. And the coating starts to fray after a while. I like D'Addario Phosphor Bronze 11's. i use D'Addario pro arte classical strings and they're great. so im tempted to go with the same brand. what is the difference between b...

Dean, I think G.I. meant in the UK. I'm almost positive that the UK was the equivalent to a musical warm up for the US launch in Dec. 81. That stage production was huge, and judging by the video footage of them from all of the US local TV stations in Los Angeles, I would guess that they were just g...

Jake E Lee OD-1 Clone.....
Quick question for you guitar playing members: Would any of you guys be interested in a limited edition clone of the OD-1 that Jake plyed back in the Ozzy and Badlands days? Would anyone be interested if we got a stamp of approval as to it's sonic authenticity from the man himself? I'm thinking abou...
