Re: Ummm...Does this Explain Why the Box Set is So Expensive
LMAO, you think Sharon does her own taxes? Gets her Turbo Tax going, gets a calculator out, etc? Please! She has an accountant, I bet you anything, that does all of that crap for her. I mean, wouldn't you have your own accountant if you had all that money? I bet that accountant screwed something up ...

Re: Facebook... curious...
Facebook is scary at times, to say the least. I've debated with getting rid of mine but there are people that I want to keep in contact with via the site that I don't see everyday and that I don't want to necessarily have long phone chats with.

Re: Blizzard DVD trailer
Wow...CANNOT get over the negativity in this thread!! Yes, it is Sharon's job to think of ways to generate revenue. Some of you act like that a bad thing. The idea that this was some kind of plan twenty years in the making is laughable at best. Acting like Ozzy and/or Sharon don't care about Randy ...

Re: Your least favorite Randy song ?!
Hm....
All the QR songs sound terrible to me.
As for the Ozzy songs, I don't care much for: Steal Away the Night, No Bone Movies, You Said It All, Little Dolls, You Can't Kill Rock N Roll, and Tonight.

Re: What Makes a Great Guitar Teacher?
It was more than just finger placement or calling me out on me being lazy. It really came down to what I liked the sound of and what he liked the sound of. Take for instance Asturias. When the bar chords come along, he prefers to strum them (ala Segovia) whereas I prefer to sort of strike them as if...

Re: What Makes a Great Guitar Teacher?
I recently stopped my lessons with my classical and flamenco teacher I'd been going to for 4 or 5 years. He was a good teacher, very patient, and encouraging. But what I didn't like about him is that I'd try to express my opinion or play a note with the ring finger rather than the middle finger and ...

Re: Gibson's Top 50 Metal Songs
Totally agree with you. They should call these sorts of lists: "Songs you like, but placed in a random order with numbers in front of them."

Man, if metal heads love anything more than palm muting, guitar solos and double bass drums, it's LISTS!

Badass. It's finally happening! Seeing Randy, in full motion, wearing his DOAM garb with his PDV definitely brings a massive smile to my face.

The last time I bought a bag of crack cocaine, I got a receipt. I plan on writing the purchase off on my taxes.

Re: Japan Quake and Tsunami
On the bright side though, if anyone can bounce back from this, it is the Japanese. They are extremely resilient. Agreed. Japan might be the most prepared and advanced country in the world. Unlike this country, where the republicans are demanding that tsunami and earthquake preparedness programs be...

Re: What is your Favorite Song of Randy?
I like different songs for different reasons...
Mr. Crowley, SATO, Suicide Solution, and Believer are probably my all around favorites.
