I believe Jet wanted a live record released from him, and it was supposed to be what was on Tribute or something, but Ozzy wouldn't do that so he quickly recorded a bunch of Sabbath numbers for the live album. (I think Ozzy talks about it in either DOAM, BOO, or Tribute remasters '02 version.)
