Just saw it. It's definitely from the ET footage IMO as the camera guy is on stage right in front of randy. The clip is 3.5 seconds, slow motion with no sound. Pretty sure he is playing the end of OTM after dissecting it for 20 minutes :D Heres a pic I took with my phone of it playing on my laptop....
