According to the owner of the footage, it is going to Kathy and will be up to the family what happens to it. This was as of a few weeks ago, so not sure if she is already in possession of it or not.

Wow, this is great news that will hopefully lead to something really special. The Ozzyhead site has at least one incorrect date that I know of, Ozzy played the Worcester Centrum in Massachusetts on May 2, 1984 on the BATM Tour, Accept opened. I was there, great show. I emailed Mitch, but I guess he didn't take my word for it as he still has Ozzy in Kansas on that date.

Wonder if the 82 MTV clip of Fairies wear Boots is the clip that people have sworn was a Randy clip back in that time period on MTV. I think people had seen it running in the background of a tour dates commercial or something.
