I believe the wording in that license is to cover the evolution of media, as in an ebook may not be an ebook six months from now.

If 100% percent of Rhoads Facebook 'likers' bought the book, it would have sales in the 110,000 range. Likes are free. They don't cost $100.00, plus shipping. As far as guesstimating sales....
