Just dug out my pic discs , you can see the variation W/ the DOAM title @ bottom ( along W/ diff cat#) although this version has same tracks , sleeve but matrix# has AL scratched out & repl. W/ BL , I'm assuming B side as the A side has AL . The last 2 digits end in 1G also stamped COLUMBIA NY ....
