Flac obviously got a better quality than mp3 as it's much larger in size. But I much rather have a mp3 than nothing. Then at least i got a reference so I know if i want to get a flac of it. I mean flac ain't the wizard who makes bad recordings sound great. Also limited bandwidth and flac ain't a goo...

This post reminds me of all the Ozzy albums I had as well. They're in a box somewhere...CDs have replaced them. LP's had a very distinct sound. I miss the days of analog recordings.
