Ultimate Rhoads

Did Rhoads use delay on his rhythm tracks? Any examples of Rhoads using delay that anyone knows? Thanks!

I'm looking at getting either the Space Echo or the Carbon Copy. I was wondering if any of you advanced Rhoads scholars could give advice as to which one provides more of a Rhoads tone and possibly examples of Rhoads using either on a recording? Thanks so much!
