Re: Randy's guitars being professionally photographed for bo

I suspected as much. The black V was a one of a kind at that time. Why would it have "made in USA" on the headstock? (note that the headstock on the other pics does NOT have "made in USA" under "Jackson") When I asked Delores about Randy's guitars the first time I met h...

Re: Just heard delores has passed away. R.I.P

I met her a couple of times, and he was such a sweet lady.

I didn't know that she had been in poor health lately.

She can now jam with her son again...

RIP Delores and Randy!

I've read that Tommy Aldridge stated at some point that he has many tapes that are better than the Tribute recording. I am working on a release right now that has a guitar sound that is mindblowing!!! It is an audience recording, not perfect, but flipping awesome! It is starting to become my fav rec...

If you have the opportunity to do...

i think 192 is fairly good and is good enough to listen but 128 you can tell that some treble has been lost. i think mp3 are a simpler way to trade i guess. It's not really about the sound (at least not initially) it about the preservation of ALL the music. (this means ALL the frequencies) Call me ...

Michael Schenker was my first favorite guitar player, before I discovered Randy. Since then there have been many greats that I enjoy. Uli Roth (anyone mention him yet?) Joe Satriani (did I see his name???) Rory Gallagher (truly unique player, another name I don't recall reading) Criss Oliva (Amazing...

Totally agree that OM 2 was a let down. When I saw them in september last year, they played the whole OM (with P Moore) awesome show! Managed to record it too! INHO their best album is still "Rage for order" though their commercial success (Empire) was one of their last "great ones&qu...

I have tonns of stuff to trade. Not so much RR stuff though unfortunately. Maybe we could work something out. Everything I have is lossless. What I mean with that is that never at any point were the recordings converted to mp3. You state that your shows are all on CD, which is great... but... were t...
