My Choice(s) would be:

First place tie would be Sabbath Bloody Sabbath/Sympthom of the Universe for sure.

Second - Fluff, he could give it that great classical sound.

And I can see Randy playing a song with the title - Back Street Kids or Rock & Roll Doctor.

He is my fav because you can hear just about every note he played. He played with GREAT feeling and grace. Each note meant something, I don't think he played just to play. He played as if speaking through his guitar.
