Re: News on Bob's "Grail" tapes...

I'm not familiar with the music business and contracts so someone help me here. It's my understanding that Bob and Lee have been paid royalties for their writing contribution to the Blizzard of Ozz LP, but obviously NOT for Diary of a Madman, and haven't been paid performance royalties for either LP...

New generation Randy fans

I have two sons, one seven years old and the other five years old. Since they were born I have always listened to the same music I always have when I have them in the car with me. Most of the time it's Randy-era Ozzy. My five year old can sing right along to Crazy Train, and they both like to air gu...

Re: What is your Favorite Song of Randy?

I was going to say "all of them" but I'm sure everyone here would agree to that. DOAM is my favorite LP, and it's hard to pick one song off of that. I don't know how much Randy wrote of the songs on there, but they all have a major grip on me. However, to this day I still get chill bumps w...

What was done to those two albums was sacrilege. Why Ozzy chose to f**k over Bob and Lee is beyond me. I know money was the issue, but I would have given Ozzy more credit than to do something like that for money. Sharon has him by the balls, so she may have been the deciding factor.

Maybe Randy doesn't want to be forgotten? or maybe he does  Well Randy better think again, because while I am around he is going to remembered regardless of him liking it or not!!!!!!!!!!! Same here. Then you'll have to make my kids forget and that's not going to happen either. My two ...

I realized a few weeks ago that the '10 calendar is the same as '82. I always get a sick feeling in the pit of stomach on March 19th anyway, and this year I feel it will be worse since it is on a Friday. Trigger, the second sentence of your post says it all. I too feel that he's here in the pr...

After Hours was released with Don't Blame Me? I don't think it was when I bought Don't Blame Me, of course it was released on VHS. I think I bought it in '92.

Forgive me for bumping this older thread, but the pic of Randy w/ the two girls brought back a memory. The first time I saw that pic was around 1984 in a Hit Parader or Circus magazine. There was a section of the mag where readers could submit photos of themselves with their favorite bands/musicians...

I used to work in the funeral business and I worked at the funeral home that arranged the services and burial of Elvis Presley. Every August (and occasionally during the year) people would come by the funeral home and want to come in and see the table Elvis was embalmed on. Now that's weird. That i...

This is my first post here, so first I have to say how much I've enjoyed browsing this site. As far as viewing the crash site, in this context I don't find it morbid. I've always wanted to see what it looked like, just to get some perspective of the crash. I can see why some people want to visit the...
