This has got to be the biggest piece of shit guitar I've ever seen associated with the "Randy Rhoads" name. The seller must have lost his mind.

Re: I bought a new guidar :) …again ;)
Did the electrical tape cost extra? yes :) black gold you know 8) ;) nah, if anything, it probably moved the price down a notch :) cost me less than what I got for the V so that's a positive equation :D has GFSs in it now, but I'll probably drop in the ol' trustworthy EMGs :) You had a V for sale? ...

Peavey 5150 / Marshall Stack
Peavey 5150 with (2) Marshall 1960A/B Cabinets. There is some tolex wear and tear on the cabinets but in perfect working condition. I am the original owner of the 5150 and had the tubes replaced with JJ tubes about a year ago. I've since bought another amp and it's just been sitting ever since. $120...

Re: The thread of guitar related acquisitions.
Yes. But it could have something to do with the strings moving more at the neckspot and thus producing more electric current i.e more output :) I'm no electronics whiz but I'm pretty sure strings aren't suppose to produce electric current. no they don't  I didn't express myself clear...

Do you have more pics of the guitar after all of the work done to it A sort of before and after Unfortunately, I didn't take many "before" pictures and most of the work done didn't really change the appearance of the guitar. I'd be happy to show you what I did though. NOS Charvel brass tr...

Where did you get your concord replica? Was it from rare electricit guitars .com Yes. But like I said, I've done a LOT of work on the guitar and I do have experience with builds, fret work, etc.. Should you decide to purchase the guitar, just be prepared to do the same or just accept the fact that ...

Re: RANDY RHOADS - Polkadot Flying V - HD VIDEO - RareElectr
Ed didn't have anything custom because he customized it himself with the slanted pickup, one volume, etc... IMO, Ed just made the best with what he had at the time. The use of one volume control was due to the fact that he didn't know how to wire the tone control. It wasn't some great epithany he h...

Re: RANDY RHOADS - Polkadot Flying V - HD VIDEO - RareElectr
rhoads56, your guitars are absolutely GORGEOUS. The craftsmanship and attention to detail that you put into your work is extremely impressive and I don't think anyone here is questioning your pricing. However, I think the whole point of this thread is to recognize that not everyone has $4500-$11000 ...
