my new years resolution is to stop cutting myself on the wrists just because im angry or sad.

ok true i may not have headaches but i have migrains. however it isnt caused by stress. sometimes it is about school or it may be my sinuses acting up. it feels like a mini person got inside of my head and theyre pushing on the back of my eyes. man do i hate that feeling. but ur right.
